    1 pound ground chuck
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 (11-ounce) can niblet corn, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon chopped pimiento
    1 1/2 cups egg noodles
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons margarine, melted



    Recipe



    Brown chuck with onion in a skillet; drain. Add corn, soup, sour cream and pimiento, mixing well. Set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Move noodles to a greased 9- x 13-inch casserole dish; top with chuck mixture. Combine breadcrumbs and margarine and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 Servings.
