Mexican Manicotti

- 1lb. ground beef
- 1 can(16oz) Refried beans
- 2 1/2 tsp. chili power
- 1-1/2 tsp.oregano
- 1pkg. (8oz) Manicotti shells
- 2-1/2 c. water
- 1 jar(16oz) picante sauce
- 2c.(16oz)sour cream
- 1c.(4 oz) shredded Montery Jack or Mexican blend cheese
- 1/4c. sliced green onions
- sliced black olives about 1c.
Instructions
- In a bowl,combine the uncooked beef, beans,chili powder and oregano.
- Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells;arrange in a 13x9x2 casserole dish.
- Combine water and picante sauce;pour over shells
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from refrigartor 30 minutes before baking.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr..
- Uncover ;spoon sour cream over the top.
- Sprinkle with the cheese,onions and olives.
- BAKE 5 TO 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted
