    List of Ingredients


    • 1lb. ground beef
    • 1 can(16oz) Refried beans
    • 2 1/2 tsp. chili power
    • 1-1/2 tsp.oregano
    • 1pkg. (8oz) Manicotti shells
    • 2-1/2 c. water
    • 1 jar(16oz) picante sauce
    • 2c.(16oz)sour cream
    • 1c.(4 oz) shredded Montery Jack or Mexican blend cheese
    • 1/4c. sliced green onions
    • sliced black olives about 1c.


    Instructions


    1. In a bowl,combine the uncooked beef, beans,chili powder and oregano.
    2. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells;arrange in a 13x9x2 casserole dish.
    3. Combine water and picante sauce;pour over shells
    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    5. Remove from refrigartor 30 minutes before baking.
    6. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr..
    7. Uncover ;spoon sour cream over the top.
    8. Sprinkle with the cheese,onions and olives.
    9. BAKE 5 TO 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted
