2c.water
Dash of salt
1/3 tsp. Nutmeg
2c.sugar
2large sweet potatoes,peeled and diced(I like to slice mine long wise)
3/4 c.flour
3 Tbsp.water
3Tbsp.vegatable oil
½ to 1stick butter
Recipe
In a large pan combine 2 c.water,salt,nutmeg and potatoes.Bring to a boil.Cover.Reduce heat and simmer about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 to 10 inch pan.In a bowl,combine the flour,oil and 3Tbsp.water and mix together with your hands.Roll out very thin on floured surfaced.Cut dough in strips or pinch with your hands and arrange over sweet potatoes.Cut butter into pats and place over cobbler.Bake at 350 degress for about 35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
