    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope shake & bake for chicken
    • 1 pkg (3oz)lemon jello
    • 3lbs chicken-up
    • 1½c.hot water
    • 1½c minute rice
    • 1 can (16oz) sliced peaches,drained


    Instructions


    1. Place Shake & Bake and jello into shaker bag then shake to blend.
    2. Coat the chicken pieces as directed on package
    3. Bake in preheated 375°oven for 35 minutes.
    4. Move the chicken to one end of pan.
    5. Combine water,rice,and peaches in a bowl.
    6. Pour into pan.
    7. Cover the rice mixture loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes longer.
    8. Place chicken on platter.
    9. Stir rice mixture with pan drippings and serve with chicken...
