    • 1 can cut green asparsgus,drained,save juice
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 4 boiled eggs,sliced
    • 1 small jarchopped pimento
    • 3/4 c. crackers,crushed


    Instructions


    1. Grease 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish with margarine.
    2. Line bottom with cracker crumbs.
    3. Pour juice from asparagus over cracker.
    4. Alternate layers of asparagus,eggs,pimento,cracker,and soup.
    5. Top with soup,then crackers.
    6. Dot with well butter.
    7. BAKE AT 350 for 30 minutes,until soup is set and crackers are browned
