    List of Ingredients


    • 1-8oz carton sour cream
    • 1 can cream stlye cream
    • 1 can whole kernal corn
    • 1egg
    • 2c.grated cheese(1c.for topping)
    • 1pkg. Cornbread mix(I use White Lily because it is not sweet likeJiffy Mix
    • 1/2 c.milk
    • 1 stick of butter


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in 13x9 pan
    2. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour in pan.DO NOT STIR!

    3. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour.
    4. cover with 1c.cheese on top of casserole during the last 5 minutes of baking.
