This is a bread machine recipe.


List of Ingredients




12 ounces beer
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups rye flour
2 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
1 slice Velveeta cheese (cut about 1-inch thick)
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast for all machines except 1 1/2 pound Welbilt/Dak machines. (Use 2 teaspoons yeast.)

Recipe



Place all ingredients in a bread pan and press start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool one hour before slicing.
