1 1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. bread flour
1 3/4 c. rye flour
2 3/4 tsp. bread machine yeast

Cycle: Whole Wheat
Crust: as desired

Note: The moisture content of any cheese varies according to brand, so be prepared to add more milk if the dough is too dry. Also, this loaf doesn't rise as high as a white bread recipe.
