    NOTES: Freshly baked bread is as easy as pushing a button with this cinnamon and ginger scented loaf. Want a special breakfast that wakes you up? Toast slices of this sweet and spicy bread and top with cream cheese and peach preserves.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup water
    1/4 cup molasses
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    3 cups bread flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Measure carefully -- placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

    Makes 1 loaf (1 1/2 lbs.)
