Cheddar and Olive Appetizer

These are very addictive! If you have left over topping, can refrigerate for appx. 1 week.
List of Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large roma tomato, diced
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 small onion, diced
3/4 tsp curry powder
1 4-1/2 can chopped black olives
1 loaf baguette breadRecipe
Mix all ingredients except bread. Slice bread in 1/4" slices. Spoon mixture on bread slices (heaping). Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes until browned and bubbly.
May be prepared ahead and frozen; do not defrost. Follow baking instructions.
