Sausage and Cheddar Quick Bread

List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated
3/4 cup sausage meat -- cooked and drained
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a 10" diameter circle on a cookie sheet.
2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne. Stir in cheeses and sausage. Cut butter in small pieces and add to mixture cutting in with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles course crumbs.
3. In another bowl whisk eggs and milk together. Add to flour and stir until combined. Spread into 8" diameter circle on cookie sheet and cut into 8 wedges with a serrated knife. Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
