Chicken Ham Casserole

1 package (6 ounces) long grain and wild rice mix
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup Colby cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese Recipe
Cook rice according to directions on pack. Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Top with chicken and ham. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, Colby cheese, and pepper. Pour over the chicken/ham mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
