TURKEY CORDON BLUE CASSEROLE

6-8 cups cooked turkey, white or dark meat or a combination, shredded or cubed (can also use chicken)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 pound ham slices
1 box Pepperidge Farms Garlic Croutons
5 tablespoons butter Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Scatter the turkey meat on the bottom of the pan. Cover with ham slices; then add a layer of cheese slices. Pour the soup over all. Place the croutons into a bowl; melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave and stir in the croutons. Sprinkle croutons over the top of the casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
