25-30 won ton wrappers
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
4 oz. imitation crab legs, minced
1 & 1/2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1/4 tsp. finely minced garlic Recipe
Mix cream cheese, crab, onion and garlic until well blended. Drop approx. 1 tsp. of filling mixture in center of each wrapper. Brush edges of each wrapper lightly with water and fold over corner to corner and seal tightly. Deep fry until golden brown.
