List of Ingredients
12 26-30 shrimp peeled and de veined
12 Sea Scallops
1 12 0z can of imported Plum Tomatoes
1/2 lb fresh baby spinach
1 cup Fresh Feta Cheese
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 cup White Wine
TSP Extra virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Preheat a sautee pan on Medium Heat. Add Olive Oil to hot pan. add garlic, shrimp and scallops. turn scallops and
shrimp in pan once and add white wine to deglaze the pan.
Add Plum tomatoes to reduce then feta and spinach. The feta will create creamy sauce like consistency. Serve over fresh boiled linguine.
