    Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Fondue

    9 oz. Semi Sweet Baker's Chocolate (I used Ghiradelli milk and semi sweet chocolate too)
    1/4 cup Light or heavy cream
    1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
    (can omit the light/heavy cream and use a
    full 1/2 cup Bailey's but is much richer -- almost too heavy)

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan or small chafing dish. Stir over *low* heat until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Serve in a chafing dish or fondue pot over low heat.
