    CHOCOLATE FONDUE

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
    1 cup heavy cream
    3/4 cup mini-marshmallows
    1 banana, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
    1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 pint strawberries, stems removed
    1(14-ounce) pound cake cut into 1-inch squares

    Recipe



    In a fondue pot, combine the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and marshmallows. Over medium heat, stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate and marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth. Arrange the fruits and cake on a serving platter. Have your guests dip their own servings, using the fruit or cake chunks and long-handled heatproof fondue forks.

    Yield: 6 servings
