    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Mix milk and cream cheese with electric mixer until well blended. Add garlic salt and salt; heat mixture slowly in saucepan. Slowly add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Serve as fondue with assorted dippers: cubed bread, turkey, chicken, cheese, peeled shrimp, cherry tomatoes, raw cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, etc.
