    Raspberry Mallow Fondue

    1 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
    1 6-ounce package marshmallows
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    few drops of lemon juice

    Recipe



    Defrost the raspberries if frozen. Blend in a blender until they are pureed.

    Place the raspberry puree, marmallows and cream in a fondue pot and allow to melt over a low heat, stirring constantly.

    Add the lemon juice and reheat, but do not allow to boil. Serve with angel food cake, brownies, bananas, or rice krispie treats.
