    1 (6-oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/4 cup butter
    2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
    3 tbsp. scalded milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate over hot, but NOT boiling, water.

    Combine butter, sugar, milk & vanilla in mixing bowl, beat in egg. Add chocolate, stirring until blended. Stir in walnuts & marshmallows.

    Yield: Frosting for two 8 or 9-in. layer cakes.
