    BROWNIE TOFFEE DROPS

    1 cup butter
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 cups flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 cups coarsely broken up Skor bars (toffee bars)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate in large saucepan over low heat. Cool slightly. Mix in sugar. Blend until smooth. Stir in beaten eggs until well blended. Stir in vanilla; blend until smooth. Fold in flour and salt until just blended. Fold in chopped toffee. Drop by a teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11-13 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 3 dozen.
