Holiday Chocolate Snowball Cookies

2 sticks (1 cup) butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups pecans, chopped Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter and sugar. Mix well together. Add vanilla.
Mix flour, salt and cocoa. Add dry ingredients to butter and sugar mixture. Add pecans to mixture. Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours.
Use spoon or melon baller to make 1 inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Cool. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
