    3 skinned, boned chicken breasts, cooked
    3 cups cooked rotini pasta, drained
    ½ cup chopped celery
    ½ cup chopped green pepper
    2 1/4 ounces sliced canned black olives
    1 (8.5 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
    2 fresh tomatoes, cubed
    8 3/4 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
    1 cup broccoli pieces, steamed, drained
    1 cup sliced carrots, steamed, drained
    4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    ½ cup low fat ranch dressing
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe



    Cut cooked chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and place in large mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients to bowl and mix gently. Serve chilled. Great as a light meal with a crisp salad and french bread.

    Yield: 8 servings
