    1 and 1/2 cups fresh red raspberries, lightly mashed
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 cups red wine vinegar

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients in a heavy non-reactive saucepan, such as stainless steel. Heat the mixture to a slow simmer. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool. Pour the mixture into a clean quart container and cover. Let stand for 10 days. Strain the mixture through a coffee filter. Pour the vinegar into bottles. Fresh berries may be added. (Yields about 2 cups)
