BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

6-8 cups cooked macaroni
1/2 stick butter
2 cups skim milk
Pam vegetable cooking spray
3 jumbo eggs
1 Tablespoon coarse black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Recipe
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix milk, 3 eggs and pepper in a bowl. Beat until well blended. Spray 9X13-in ovenproof dish with Pam. Put a layer of macaroni in dish, cut up 1/2 of butter in small pieces and lay on top. Make a sparse layer of shredded cheese on top. Pour 1/2 of milk mixture over all. Repeat layers and milk mixture, ending with shredded cheese on top. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until top is nicely browned and bubbly.
