    1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    1-ounce package taco seasoning
    3/4 cup water
    10-ounce can tomato soup
    10-ounce can Grand’s refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup thick chunky salsa
    2-ounce can sliced ripe olives
    1 cup sour cream
    3 green onions, chopped, opt.

    Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, born beef over medium high heat; drain. Add seasoning mix, water and soup; mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Separate dough into 8 biscuits and cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add to meat
    mixture; stir gently. Spoon into ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and bake additional 8 minutes or until
    bubbly. Cut into 8 squares and top each with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, olives, sour cream and onions.

    Serves 8.
