    Dressing:
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Salad:
    2-1/2 cups cooked, cubed (1 inch) chicken
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, divided
    1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
    4 cups shredded lettuce
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    Tortilla chips

    Recipe



    In large bowl stir together all dressing ingredients. Stir in chicken, onion, tomatoes (reserve 2 T for garnish) and ripe olives. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. To serve, line large serving platter with shredded lettuce. Top with chicken mixture. Spoon salsa over chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese and reserved tomatoes. Garnish with tortilla chips.

    Makes 6 servings.
