Vanilla-Chipotle BBQ Sauce

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup garlic, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup smoked Chipotle chilies, canned
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 cups catsup
1/4 cup dark molasses
1/4 cup Nielsen-Massey Vanilla PasteRecipe
Split Chipotle peppers and remove the seeds and chop coarsely. Reserve with liquid. Saute garlic and butter in a heavy-bottomed pan until the garlic is soft. Add the remaining ingredients and Chipotle peppers, cook at a simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.
