    Santa Fe Chicken Soup

    1 can - 28 oz - mild green enchilada sauce
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can corn -could use frozen, I guess
    1 can - 4 oz- chopped green chilis
    8 oz water
    3 cups peeled, diced potatoes
    1 small onion - diced
    2 cups cooked, diced chicken
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    S and P to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.

    Seve with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped scallions. Heaven!!!
