Cobb Salad Wraps

Makes 4 servings
List of Ingredients
½ cup plain or chive-and-onion-flavored cream cheese, softened
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
2 plum (or Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small ripe avocado, thinly sliced
6 ounces cooked ham, sliced
6 ounces smoked turkey, sliced
¼ cup crumbled mild blue cheese
4 slices thick-cut peppered bacon, cooked and crumbled Recipe
Build the wraps: Spread cream cheese evenly over tortillas, leaving 1-inch border. Top evenly with lettuce, then tomato and avocado. Add ham and smoked turkey. Sprinkle with blue cheese and pep pered bacon.
Fold the wraps: Fold right and left sides of tortillas over filling; fold bottom edge over and roll up tightly.
Presentation: Cut diagonally in half, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
