List of Ingredients
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas, you may substitute sun-dried tomato & basil flavored totillas
mayonnaise
4 lettuce leaves
3/4 pound thinly sliced salami, you may substitute capicola, pepperoni or boiled ham
4 slices provolone cheese
1 small red onion(s), thinly sliced
1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
Italian Dressing Recipe
1. Spread mayonnaise generously onto tortillas.
2. Layer lettuce, deli meats, cheese, red onion and olives down center of each tortilla. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
3. Roll & fold the filled tortilla.
