Per serving:
2 T Stir fry oil
6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken thighs, shredded and marinated
in
1 teaspoon ketjap manis and
1/4 t salt
1/4 t chili paste
1 t ketchup
3 large cloves garlic
1/4 t sesame oil
Recipe
Combine stirfry oil, chicken, ketjap manis, and salt in small bowl and set aside. Then:
1.Heat the wok and add oil.
2.Stir fry the marinated chicken till cooked through.
3.Add ketchup/garlic mixture and stir fry about 10 seconds.
4.Serve immediately.
