    15 habanero chiles -- stemmed
    7 ozs A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce
    or other garlic-chile sauce
    1/4 cup honey ("to deaden the pain momentarily")
    3 medium garlic cloves -- minced

    Grind the habaneros (with seeds) in a food processor. Add other ingredients
    and puree.
