    Banana Nut Raisin Bread

    Slice,brown in toaster until warm, cover with cream cheese and enjoy.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 4 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 cup raisins
    • 2 t soda
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
    • 2 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 t vanilla
    • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)


    Instructions


    1. Boil raisins,water,soda & salt 1 minute cool to luke warm.
    2. Cream sugar,eggs,butter & bananas.
    3. Blend in raisin mixture ,pecans & flour.
    4. Pour into (3)1 pound coffee cans greased.
    5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
