Tortilla Rollups

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Mission burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 4 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 4 pkgs. cheap luncheon ham
- 1 medium jar of Pace Medium Picante sauce
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese get soft - put in a bowl and add the picante sauce. Add most of the bottle, then see if you need to add the rest. Get a big spoon and mix away. (If you use a mixer, it will get too "airy")
- Lay out a piece of wax paper or saran wrap and put the tortilla on it.
- Place a spoonful of cream cheese mix on the tortilla and spread it around. Top it off with 4 pieces of ham and roll the torilla up. Then wrap it in the wax paper or saran wrap.
- Do this until you run out of an ingredient.
- The rolls need to be refrigerated for about 12 hours so they can "set" before being cut into pieces.
- Use any left over cream chees mix as a dip.
