    Tortilla Rollups

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. Mission burrito-sized flour tortillas
    • 4 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
    • 4 pkgs. cheap luncheon ham
    • 1 medium jar of Pace Medium Picante sauce


    Instructions


    1. Let the cream cheese get soft - put in a bowl and add the picante sauce. Add most of the bottle, then see if you need to add the rest. Get a big spoon and mix away. (If you use a mixer, it will get too "airy")

    2. Lay out a piece of wax paper or saran wrap and put the tortilla on it.

    3. Place a spoonful of cream cheese mix on the tortilla and spread it around. Top it off with 4 pieces of ham and roll the torilla up. Then wrap it in the wax paper or saran wrap.

    4. Do this until you run out of an ingredient.

    5. The rolls need to be refrigerated for about 12 hours so they can "set" before being cut into pieces.

    6. Use any left over cream chees mix as a dip.
