List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 C. milk
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 1 C. cheese, grated
- 2 slices bread cubed ( I use 4)
- 1 lb. bulk sausage, fried, drained, crumbled (Substitute crab, mushrooms, bacon, ham, etc.)
Instructions
- Beat eggs.
- Mix and add milk, salt, mustard.
- Grease 9x13 pyrex pan.
- Layer bread, sausage, cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
- To freeze: Bake 30 minutes at 350, cool and freeze. Thaw overnight then bake another 30 minutes at 350.
