    Chicken Enchilada Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 chicken breast, boiled and cubed
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
    • 4 cups tortilla chips
    • 1 can cream of chicken of mushroom soup
    • 1 - 4 oz can chopped green chiles
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 8 oz cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Boil and cube chicken. Reserve 1 cup of chicken broth.

    2. Combine soups, green chiles, spices, tabasco sauce and chicken broth. Blend well.

    3. Cover bottom of a 3 quart casserole dish with 2 cups crushed torilla chips.

    4. Spread 1/2 the cubed chicken over this layer, then 1/2 the sauce mixture, then 1/2 the cheese. Repeat these layers again.

    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and enjoy!!!
