Chicken Enchilada Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast, boiled and cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 can cream of chicken of mushroom soup
- 1 - 4 oz can chopped green chiles
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Boil and cube chicken. Reserve 1 cup of chicken broth.
- Combine soups, green chiles, spices, tabasco sauce and chicken broth. Blend well.
- Cover bottom of a 3 quart casserole dish with 2 cups crushed torilla chips.
- Spread 1/2 the cubed chicken over this layer, then 1/2 the sauce mixture, then 1/2 the cheese. Repeat these layers again.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and enjoy!!!
