List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 3 1/2 C. water
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 C. grits
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Cook grits in water for 5 minutes.
- Combine all with half of cheese.
- To with remaining cheese.
- Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
