Hash Brown Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 30oz. pkg. frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 12oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 C. cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
Instructions
- Place thawed potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish.
- Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
- Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Note: You can make the night before and refrigerate. Just add the cornflakes and melted butter befor you pop in the oven.
