    List of Ingredients


    • 1 30oz. pkg. frozen hashbrowns
    • 1/2 C. butter, melted
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    • 12oz. cheddar cheese, grated
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 1 t. salt
    • 1/2 small onion, chopped
    • 2 C. cornflakes, crushed
    • 1/2 C. butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Place thawed potatoes in a 13x9 baking dish.
    2. Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    3. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
    4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    5. Note: You can make the night before and refrigerate. Just add the cornflakes and melted butter befor you pop in the oven.
