Cherry-O-My Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 14 oz. can Borden Eagle Brand Milk (condensed- about 1 1/3 cup)
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/3 C. lemon juice
- Glaze:
- 1 can red tart pitted cherries packed in water (reserve 1/2 C. juice)
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 t. cornstarch
Instructions
- Soften cheese to room temperature. Whip until fluffy. Gradually add milk while beating until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well.
- Pour into crust and chill for 2-3 hours before garnishing top of pie with cherries.
- Cherry Glaze: Blend juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan until sauce thickens. Cool.
- Add cherries and garnish pie. (Red food coloring can be added if desired.)
