Crawfish Etoufee

List of Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- celery, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Saute' onion, bell pepper and celery until transparent.
- Add crawfish and cream of mushroom soup.
- Season with Red Pepper, Tony Chachere's, salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
