    Summit Smoked Salmon Fettucine

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C. whipping cream
    • 3/4 C purchased clam juice
    • 1 t. flour
    • 9 oz. fettucine, cooked al dente & drained
    • 6 oz. smoked salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 5 green onions w/ tops, chopped
    • 1/2 lb. snow peas, halved
    • 1 t. dried dill weed
    • 1 1/2 T. capers, drained


    Instructions


    1. In a heavy skillet, combine cream, clam juice and flour.

    2. Heat to boiling, stir frequently - about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.

    3. Add cooked pasta, salmon, green onions, snow peas, dill weed and capers.

    4. Toss to coat.

    5. Serve immediately.
