Summit Smoked Salmon Fettucine

List of Ingredients
- 1 C. whipping cream
- 3/4 C purchased clam juice
- 1 t. flour
- 9 oz. fettucine, cooked al dente & drained
- 6 oz. smoked salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
- 5 green onions w/ tops, chopped
- 1/2 lb. snow peas, halved
- 1 t. dried dill weed
- 1 1/2 T. capers, drained
Instructions
- In a heavy skillet, combine cream, clam juice and flour.
- Heat to boiling, stir frequently - about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta, salmon, green onions, snow peas, dill weed and capers.
- Toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
