Cranberry Jezebel Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. light brown sugar
- 12oz. fresh cranberries
- 1/2 C. pineapple preserves
- 3 T. prepared horseradish
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Bring first 3 ingredients to boil, stirring often, in saucepan over med-high heat; add cranberries.
- Bring back to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often, until skins pop and mixture starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in preserves, horseradish, and mustard; remove from heat and let cool.
- Cover and chill.
- As an appetizer - Pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
- As a sauce - great with turkey.
