    Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 whole chicken breats, split, skinned and boned
    • 8 - 4x4 inch slices of Swiss cheese
    • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    • 1/4 C. dry white wine
    • 1 C. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
    • 1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
    2. Top with cheese slices.
    3. Combine soup and wine, stirring well.
    4. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix.
    5. Drizzle butter over crumbs.
    6. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    7. Serves 8.
