List of Ingredients
- Salad
- 2 pkgs. romaine lettuce
- 1 crown broccoli, chopped
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. ramen noodles
- 1 C. pecans, chopped
- 4 T. butter, melted
- Dressing
- 1 C. oil
- 1/2 C. red wine vinegar
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 T. soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix noodles, pecans and butter on cookie sheet and bake at 400 until lightly toasted.
- Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Pour dressing onto salad and toss right before serving.
