Easy Oven Stew

List of Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef stew meat
- 3 large onions, cut into eighths
- 1 14oz. pkg frozen baby whole carrots or 3 large carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 16oz. pkg frozen cut green beans
- 1 14.5 or 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained, chopped
- 2 C. water
- 1/4 C. instant tapioca
- 1 T. beef instant bouillon
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Heat oven to 300.
- In large Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Cover and bake at 300 for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Remove bay leaves.
- 12 (1 cup) servings.
