Taco Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans hominy or corn
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 cans black beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1 can rotel
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 pkg ranch dip
- 1 lb ground beef (cooked)
- 1/2 onion (sauted with beef)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and saute with onion.
- Open all cans and dump into crockpot. Add meat/onion mixture. Add all ingredients and stir.
- Either cook on low for 6-8 hours or high until it is warm.
- Serve with sour cream, cheese, chips, etc.
