Mashed Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 7 to 8 medium to large potatoes, peeled
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- cheddar cheese, grated
- paprika
Instructions
- Make mashed potatoes, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and almonds.
- Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- All ingredients can be adjusted to your taste.
