    Peachy Egg Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box of cornbread mix
    • 1 29 oz. can of peaches (drained and diced)
    • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup of splenda
    • 8 eggs (beaten) or one large carton of Egg Beaters
    • 2 cups milk


    Instructions


    1. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.

    2. Mix together cornbread mix, peaches and sugar in a large bowl. Pour into 9x13 pan.

    3. Mix eggs and milk in the same large bowl. Pour on top of corbread mixture in the 9x13 pan.

    4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

    5. Eat warm or cold.
