Peachy Egg Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 box of cornbread mix
- 1 29 oz. can of peaches (drained and diced)
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup of splenda
- 8 eggs (beaten) or one large carton of Egg Beaters
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix together cornbread mix, peaches and sugar in a large bowl. Pour into 9x13 pan.
- Mix eggs and milk in the same large bowl. Pour on top of corbread mixture in the 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Eat warm or cold.
