    • 1 pound geound beef [or turkey]
    • 1 medium onion, chopped
    • 1 can mushrooms, small or large
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 1 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. brown meat and onion. Drain.
    2. Stir mushrooms and soup into meat. Cook until throughly heated.
    3. stir in sour cream and heat until hot, but do not boil.
